The Power of Shamanic Circle!

Sunday, March 29

3:00 – 5:00 pm

Join Mariscela, Theodore, and the *Mother Drum* to create a “sacred bridge” to the Spirit world with the guidance of Shamanic journey and drumming!

During the shamanic journey – while relaxing in a sitting position or laying down, and while following the beat of the drum and the shake or the rattle- you’ll be guided into a meditative state to access higher spiritual wisdom and guidance to gain insight, restore balance, and promote healing.

A drumming time will follow as a celebration of our time together and to expand the group consciousness. While attuning to the rhythm of the drum, the rattle, or any sound maker, we create a powerful resonance with each other, with the earth, with life itself to flow in the energy of healing and love.

No experience is needed.  Some drums and rattles will be available to share. You’ll also be invited to play with the Buffalo Mother Drum!  (Please note that this is *not* a yoga class so no yoga postures will be practiced.)

Energy Exchange: $40
Space is limited. To reserve your spot, click here >>
